RETURN POLICY
 
Should you wish to return an unused, unwashed item, for any reason, you may do so at your own cost within 21 days of delivery, for an exchange or for store credit.  If you wish to return the item for a full refund, the item to be returned must have the tag on accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.  Mamma Does.com  is not responsible for any lost returns. 
 
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  If the return is a result of our error, please contact us by email and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.
 
SHIPPING
 
Mamma Does.com uses USPS for shipping if the shipping address is in the continental United States.  Every item has been weighed and you will be charged an estimated freight depending on the weight of your package, which zone you want it shipped.  If the actual freight turns out to be more than the estimated freight we charge you.  Mamma Does.com will pay the difference.  Allow 2-3 days processing time for all orders + 5-10 business days shipped via USPS delivery.
